I have been a practicing coach for 17 years and recently completed the Clinical Leadership Coaching programme and am now part of the Clinical Leadership Coaching service.

 

I am strongly collaborative with a strong sense of purpose and focus on delivery. Working within East England health and social care systems, nationally and locally.

I have significant experience of system wide working requiring multi stakeholder engagement, which will be vital to this role; to engage with the wider health and social care system as well as an understanding as to why systems aren’t working and how the commissioner and provider networks can provide the solutions.
